1. Payment
Gearboks ApS accepts payment with VISA-Dankort, all VISA payment cards, all Mastercard payment cards, ApplePay and MobilePay. Payment will only be debited from your account when the item has been dispatched.
All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and is incl. VAT.
Gearboks ApS uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your information cannot be read.
2. Delivery
Gearboks ApS' packages are dispatched the same day (if the order is placed before 2pm on a weekday). Packages are delivered under normal circumstances within 1-3 business days.
Parcels in Denmark are sent with DAO or GLS. International orders are shipped with GLS or DHL.
In the following countries we offer free standard shipping:

Please be aware that deliveries outside the EU may be subject to duty and VAT and that this is paid by the recipient.
3. Right of complaint
The Purchase Act's defect rules apply to goods purchases.
When you shop with us as a consumer, you have the right to complain for 24 months.
If your complaint is justified, this means that you can either get the product repaired, exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.
You must advertise within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the error. If you make a complaint within two months after the fault is discovered, the complaint will always be timely. If you receive a defective product, you must notify us of this as soon as possible .
If the complaint is justified, we will cover the shipping costs using our free return method. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging. Remember the receipt for dispatch, so you can prove that the item has been sent to us.
If you want to advertise a product, shall you contact our customer service at mads@gearboks.dk, and send pictures that clearly show what you are advertising about. If the complaint is justified, you will be informed about the further process in the correspondence with customer service.
Returns in connection with complaints take place via a label that will be sent to you by customer service, or via the returns portal. You must therefore ensure that you print out the return label yourself. We can be helpful with this.
You must present the product you wish to advertise as well as a receipt for the purchase.
We neither accept parcels without distribution nor parcels sent by cash on delivery.
4. Return of goods and return in connection with complaints
It is easy and quick to return your goods with these 4 steps:
4.1. Use our return portal ( https://return.shipmondo.com/flykick ) and enter the information, as well as purchase a return label. You will now be sent a return label and return form per mail. They can also be downloaded in the portal immediately after completing the request. Print them both.
4.2. Pack your goods and the return form securely. Make sure the products are placed securely as when you received them.
4.3. Attach the return label to the package's largest surface, so that it is visible and easy to read. (Note that your return label is unique and can only be used once - contact us if there are any problems).
4.4. Drop off the parcel at your nearest GLS parcel shop.
You can also cancel by using the standard cancellation form which you will find at the bottom of the trading conditions (Clause 16), but we recommend that you use our electronic returns system, which is much easier for you.
You are responsible for ensuring that your return package is packed properly, and that it is delivered correctly to a GLS package shop and that you can subsequently present documentation for delivery in the form of a receipt and tracking number. If you send a return without using our return portal, you yourself are responsible for the item reaching us and also have proof of this in the form of a tracking number.
5. Exchange of an item
We do not offer exchanges. Please return the product and order the desired size separately on a new order.
6. Right of withdrawal
There is a 100-day full right of cancellation/return on unused goods purchased in our Webshop. This extended right of withdrawal only applies if the item has not been used.
If, on the other hand, the item has been used or has had its commercial sales value reduced in some other way, the rules on depreciation will apply and you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the time you receive the item.
You have 14 days to return the item from the time you have given notice that you want to cancel your purchase. You bear all responsibility for the right of withdrawal. The cancellation period expires 100 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item. The deadline means that you have 100 days from receipt to access our returns portal and send the products back and forth and notify that you wish to cancel.
If you send on your own, you must contact us by mail mads@gearboks.dk within the 100 days or via the standard cancellation form which you will find at the bottom of these conditions. In the message, you must make us clearly aware that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
The notice must be given by mail.
Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us. You must pay for the package to be returned yourself and you are responsible if damage occurs during transport.

7. Cancellation of part of the purchase
If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option of returning one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order.
8. The condition of the item when you send it back
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods which is due to handling other than what is intended
is necessary to determine the nature of the goods, their characteristics and the way they work. In other words – you
can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.
If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, we consider it used, which
means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on
the commercial value of the goods.
To receive the full purchase amount back, the same applies as for purchases in a physical store. You
must test the product, but not put it into actual use.
We recommend that you return the item in the original shipping packaging and use tape to seal the package.
If your product(s) have special original packaging and this is missing, this may lead to a reduction in the value of the product.
There is no right of withdrawal for:
Delivery of sealed goods which for health protection or hygiene reasons are not suitable for return and where the seal has been broken after delivery.
9. Repayment of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is impaired, we deduct the amount you are liable for.
We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (but not extra delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 14 days from the day we receive your return.
We return the money with the same means of payment that you used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
We can withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation that the return has arrived with us.
We neither accept parcels without distribution nor parcels sent by cash on delivery.

12. Discount codes
Please note that discount codes cannot be used when purchasing gift cards.
Discount codes cannot be combined with other codes, discounts or campaigns unless otherwise stated.
13. Personal information
Gearboks ApS needs certain personal data in order to do business with you and deliver news and other services to you. The company only collects the personal data that is necessary.
We need the following information when you shop with us:
Name, address, phone no. and email address.
The company does not collect personally identifiable information about you from third parties and does not store information about means of payment, e.g. card numbers on payment cards, bank account numbers or the like.
14. To whom do we pass on personal data?
We also collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. The companies only process information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.
In order to be able to further develop and improve gearboks.dk, we keep statistics on how you use the website. The personal information is registered with Gearboks ApS and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.
We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with sufficient protection.
As registered with Gearboks ApS , you always have the right to send us your objections to the registration. You also have the right to insight into what information is registered about you. 15. Cookies
The website uses "cookies", which are text files that are saved on your computer, mobile phone etc. accordingly for the purpose of recognizing it, remembering settings, performing statistics and targeting ads.
Cookies cannot contain harmful code such as virus.
